ELSA Moot Court Competition on WTO Law:
The ELSA Moot Court Competition is a simulated hearing in the World Trade Organization (WTO) dispute settlement system. Competitor teams represent both the Complainant and Respondent parties to the Case by presenting oral submissions in front of a Panel. ELSA Essay Competition:
ELSA has launched the second edition of the ELSA Essay Competition on Intellectual Property Law. In an effort to bring IP closer to law students and at the same time remain at the frontline of legal developments, ELSA has selected IP as its theme for the 07-10 International Focus Programme.

Upcoming Conference on Intellectual Property Law:
The European Law Students' Association has selected Intellectual Property Law as the legal topic the network focus during the period 2007-2010.

International Council Meeting:
The International Council Meeting is the supreme decision making body of ELSA. The International Council Meeting is visited by all member groups and is the most important assembly of ELSA. The International Council Meeting normally attracts 200-300 internationally minded law students for one week. The next upcoming International Council Meeting will be in Malta from 21st - 28th of March 2010.
